Extra Details: The episode numbering scheme for Season 3 is royally messed up. Episodes 1 to 4 use 2 different schemes (combined and separate) which messes up the numbering for subsequent episodes.

If we're going with separate episode numbers per topic, then episode 1-4 should be expanded to 1-7 with episode 7 being named "Toffee", 6 being "king ludo", etc. However, if we're going with combined numbering, then I've corrected the episodes up to episode 8 and subsequent episodes must be removed for it to make sense.

TheTVDB.com uses separate numbering and IMDB uses combined episodes. Something has to be done about this.
