Episode "Royally F'd" seems to be missing. I've done some research and could not find further information. Could someone look for it?

The full plot summary regarding this episode at IMDb states:

"Fiona gets her first international client when Gemma Pankhurst-Jones (NATASHA BEDINGFIELD) calls from Buckingham Palace, where she works as a "proxy" for the royal family. This episode only appeared internationally and via iTunes and Amazon in the United States."

The Wikipedia article for the show also states regarding the later DVD release:

"Web Therapy: The Complete Second Season was released on Region 1 DVD on June 18, 2013. The two-disc set contains all 11 episodes from season two, plus an unaired episode named "Royally Fd", in which Fiona gets her first international client (Natasha Bedingfield) calling from Buckingham Palace."

I think this means the episode did never air on the original network "Showtime" -> and that's why the episode probably shouldn't be included in season 2? Maybe we should create a "Special Season 0" and put this episode in there?
