Discuss Jane the Virgin

To anyone who thinks Fabian turned into a jerk in 63 or thinks he got a proper sendoff. I disagree. How he acted may have seemed a bit childish, but if they were expecting me to hate him for it, they should have tried a little harder cause I was on his side.

The relationship between him and Jane was so gender flipped that even the grandmother had to acknowledge it. Jane was being that male character, from most teen dramas, that used their girlfriend or lied to them. If the roles were reversed I am sure that Jane could have done more than name calling, like certain scenes from 90210/Dawson's Creek, and we would have been expected to cheer for her. Plus, even Jane admitted to Fabian she was in the wrong and they made up (Before she punched him on reflex). Him trying to punch Rogelio is something ill just chalk up to the writers making a cheap attempt to make him unlikeable.

Fabian could still be salvaged, but the writers need to decide what they want and stick to a plan. Jane's love life is all over the board. Fabian could also come back as a stalker if they want to explore the dark side of his narcissistic tendencies.
