I don't think so. I think it's an alternate reality Beth unless she really is like her father. I didn't know she was the jealous type. But Rick and Morty have had to leave two realities because of the mutants in Rick potion number nine and the squirrels in mind blown. So it could be another Beth.

no I meant in the episode Rick offered to make a clone of her so she could go off and learn about herself or whatever

I see what you mean. I don't think it was. The clone could've had memories imported in, but Rick acted like it was Beth the while time.
As we know Rick doesn't mind destroying a clone since he did it to his own in Little Rick. But this Beth escaped without a scratch and she put him through a lot this ep

Hard to know. The exchange could have been seen as artificial, or Beth resigned to her situation and making the best of it. Or it could be a tweaked clone version of Beth that makes life easy for Rick.
My guess is that we see the clone. Beth is out on some adventure and comes back all different in some way. Surely that would be more interesting, and more Rick-and-Morty-ish.
