When you look into the changelogs, this episode 4.16 was renamed from "Drilling Down: A Look Ahead" to "A Look Ahead" to "Blood Is Thicker part 2" on March 6th, 2017.

I have no idea why it was renamed, and it seems very tricky to find the correct definition:

1.) When I look at Wikipedia -> they have episode 4.15 ("Blood is Thicker") as "a 2-hour special" and call it series 4 finale (February 21st), followed by episode 4.16 ("Drilling Down") with the note "This episode is a special" (February 28th).

2.) When I look at epguides -> they have episode 4.15 ("Blood Is Thicker"), noting it's 120 min (21 Feb 17), followed by episode 4.16 ("A Look Ahead"), without any specification (28 Feb 17).

3.) When I look at tvdb -> they are even more confusing, because they have episodes 4.15 ("Blood Is Thicker") and 4.16 ("A Look Ahead") in Season 4, but also a Special at the beginning of Season 5 called "Drilling Down on A Look Ahead" with the same airdate as episode 4.16.

4.) And then there's the official website of the History Channel -> they have 16 episodes for season 4, and I think that's how TMDb should follow the order and names of this show. So we should probably change back:

1. Episode 4-15 to "Blood Is Thicker"
   
2. Episode 4-16 to "A Look Ahead"
   

I'll keep this open for other users / moderators to take a look at!

Yes I was looking into this as well. Many sources contradicting themselves but if the official website states that there is an episode 16 then that should be followed indeed.

I think so, too. That's why I just changed the titles of episodes 4.15 and 4.16 accordingly.

But I'll still keep this discussion open for other users/moderators to take a look at it ... just in case.
