That was really just one episode: "It's Only a Paper Moon."
Well I kinda remember Nog being traumatised by the seige at AR whatever.
Yes, and in "It's Only a Paper Moon" he was basically living in the holosuite, "working for" Vic, etc. But by the end he was over it and came back out into "the real world."
But he never was the cheerful happy Nog from before that.

Oh I don't know about that. He had some good moments, including when his father becomes Nagus.
