Oh wow! Hard to pick from so many good ones, but I would have to say my all-time favorite from your list would have to be Blink. Followed closely by Hide and Mummy on the Orient Express. David Tennent is my favorite Doctor, with Peter Capaldi as second-favorite.

I personally didn't think any of them are scary. That said, my favorite is 'Blink'. Tennant is also my favorite Doctor. I never liked the old episodes (too cheesy), I started watching when Eccleston took over, loved Tennant, didn't care for Smith, haven't had the opportunity to see Capaldi or 'what's her name'. I'll probably get around to watching Capaldi's Doctor, but I have NO interest in seeing the latest incarnation.

I agree with you on a lot of what you said, @bratface. I liked Matt Smith himself alright, but wished some of his episodes had been better. I didn't really like Eccleston though. Peter Capaldi is quite good, but a bit weird sometimes. And yes, I have no interest in the latest either. I kind of stopped keeping up with the show as I disagreed more and more with the direction they were going in.
Also, didn't notice it on the list on the OP, but Heaven Sent is also a pretty amazing episode.
