Serie not complete and blocked

Those are episodes released online via NicoNico for two weeks (and later on DVD too) and are added to the special season. They provide a different ending to the series' first season. (Story behind it: the manga wasn't finished, they wrote an original ending for the anime series (episode 12), but then they decided to follow the original manga, and they remade episode 12 and created three other episodes) and were distributed after the intial airing on Tokyo MX.
Season 2 starts where the web episodes left off. With Ruri and Kouhei being in the same school and game making club and all. I still have to fix season 2 though. As for that season there's also three or four episodes (if I remember correctly) that were distributed online after its initial airing.
