Ellie's vegan twist on the traditional 'dirty burger' involved swapping the meat for corn, peas and broad beans. Once a junk food junkie, Ellie now enjoys giving her old indulgences a healthy twist, such as this vegan burger. Jamie's indulgent Japanese steaming ramen is worth the effort.

Welsh actor and director Michael Sheen joined Jamie in the café this episode. Michael returned to his roots when he cooked the national dish of Wales, a delicious lamb cawl. Jamie wowed diners with his winter’s night chili.
