Když Donna napíše do školních novin příběh, který se přesně podobá událostem z jejich vztahu, Eric je naštvaný a rozhodne se napsat svůj vlastní příběh. Donna écrit une nouvelle qui reprend sa liaison avec Eric et ce dernier riposte en publiant sa propre histoire. Kelso devient accro à un jeu de flipper, au grand dam de Fez et Red et Kitty invitent Bob et sa nouvelle fiancée Joanne à venir dîner chez eux. Red déteste Joanne car elle apprend à Bob à ne plus se laisser marcher sur les pieds.

Eric is upset when Donna writes a story in the school newspaper that sounds exactly like events that happened in their relationship; he decides to write his own story. Red and Kitty have dinner with Bob and his new girlfriend. Red doesn't like her because she's taught Bob how to stand up for himself. Kelso invests in a pinball machine but looses out when Fez persuades the owner to get rid of it and bring in Space Invaders instead.

Donna escribe un cuento a lo Cumbres Borrascosas para el periódico del instituto, en el que describe su relación con Eric dejando a éste muy mal parado. Eric decide contraatacar y contar su versión de los hechos. Mientras, Bob les presenta a Red y a Kitty su nueva chica.
