Discuss Sleepy Hollow

I know that the ratings haven't been stellar, but this season has been fun. One more season could help them rebuild the loss of fans who only watched for Nicole Beharie.

I hope it does. It's far better than I thought it was going to be. Was last Friday the last ep or is there more?

Last week (Feb 10) was episode 6 of 13.

Thanks... somewhere I thought I had read only 8. The show is the best it's been since Season 1 (but not quite at Season 1 levels). I'm really enjoying it!

I think renewal is unlikely but I said the same thing last season.

I agree, I didn't think there was going to be a fourth season because it almost a month before it was revealed there was going to be another season. I do also agree that the ratings haven't been the best and I think that it's because Nicole Beharie decided to leave and a lot of the fans were upset. I guess it's still too soon to tell, but I would like this show to keep going, and if not hopes that it does tie up all the ends. I hate for it to end on a cliffhanger like so many shows nowadays.

I agree with you, Heidi.

Probably not. I remember reading on IMDb forums about a steady drop in wievings from week to week. I agree that this season is much better than expected, but I'm afraid the show is doomed.

the show was "over" 2 seasons ago. right now it´s just a random time slot filler.

Sleepy Hollow hit a series low last night. I doubt it will be renewed.

It should be renamed "D.C. VERY Hollow" ... Tom Mison is hot, but I can't watch a show just to salivate over an English guy. The only one of the new cast I like is Jake. RIP.

To be honest, I'm still baffled by why it was renewed. The moment the brain died they should have taken this show off life support.

thanks! Tom is the lead so he is the heart and Nicole was the supporting so she was the brain. Everybody else are the organs & blood and in the words of Morpheus, the body cannot live without the mind. There is a reason why the brain can't be transplanted. Great chemistry can't be replaced no matter how much you re-tool a show.

How do you figure Abbie was the brain when Ichabod and Jenny are far more knowledgeable?

Abbie & Ichabod relationship, banter & chemistry is one of many reasons why the show was a hit. I don't mean brain as in intelligence but in what brings a body to life. The heart & brain is what keeps you alive. Each show has an actor or actors that is the heart of the show. Notice how when some actors leave a show, it goes down from there.
