Discuss Battlestar Galactica

Saw it again tonight on Me TV. I was always a bit puzzled that Apollo didn't seem interested in finding out what ship Martin had come from, years earlier.

Maybe he found out when he saw the crashed ship. But even before knowing about the fuel, he could have thought to check.

Maybe he was injured?

There was no indication that Apollo had been injured. He did everything else, including defeat the Cylon, but didn't check Martin's crashed ship until told it might have fuel.

Did he watch Martin's ship crash?otherwise he might not have known and the Cylon perhaps did which could explain why he had to tell Starbuck?

Are we confused here? Puppis's (sp?) mother told Apollo that she knew where Martin's ship crashed, and that it couldn't fly but it might have fuel that he could use for his undamaged-but-out-of-fuel viper. (No mention of how they transferred the fuel - or how Apollo was able to land safely without any fuel - which seems like a pretty dangerous/risky thing considering what the fuel could apparently do.)

And by "what ship Martin had come from" I didn't mean Martin's own ship - presumably another viper - but which Battlestar or whatever, Martin had launched from, and why it was where it was...
