Anthony doit aider le « Sevilla Inn » à se distinguer avant qu'il ne se fasse écraser par la concurrence.

Anthony Melchiorri se rend au « Ritz Inn » dans l'Ontario. Cet hôtel de 30 chambres, situé à 10 minutes des chutes du Niagara, ne tire pourtant aucun bénéfice des nombreux touristes. Hoat et Megan Oey ont acheté l'établissement en 2002 mais ils ne parviennent pas à le rentabiliser. Si Anthony n'intervient pas au plus vite, ils vont devoir vendre le « Ritz Inn » à perte.

Le 29 octobre 2012, l'ouragan Sandy s'est abattu sur la côte Est des États-Unis. Anthony Melchiorri décide d'apporter son aide aux familles dans le besoin et se rend au « Thunderbird Motel », un établissement de 31 chambres. Ray Braun, sa femme et ses 2 enfants gèrent le motel. À son arrivée, Anthony constate que tout le rez-de-chaussée a été détruit par la tempête. Il confie à Carrie Drones, sa décoratrice, le chantier de la réception et de 3 des 6 chambres dévastées. Mais Anthony met en doute les compétences du fils à gérer le « Thunderbird Motel ». Cela déclenche une guerre avec toute la famille Braun et Anthony prend alors une décision inédite dans son émission...

Anthony retourne au « Thunderbird Motel » et veut discuter avec la famille Braun. Mais Ray junior n'est toujours pas prêt à dialoguer et son père n'essaie pas d'apaiser la situation. Anthony décide donc d'abandonner définitivement ce chantier pour se consacrer à 3 autres établissements dans le besoin. Le « Charlroy Motel » a besoin d'aide pour revoir la décoration des chambres, le « Palm Villa Suites » doit revoir le coin piscine et le « Tradewinds Motor Lodge » son système de réservations. Blanche Garcia va s'occuper de la plage, une première pour cette décoratrice !

Anthony Melchiorri se rend au « Victorian Inn » situé à Sparks dans le Nevada. Marilyn Fink a acheté cet hôtel de 92 chambres en 2003. Depuis plusieurs années, le « Victorian Inn » a vu son chiffre d'affaire baisser. Marilyn a dû vendre sa maison pour limiter ses dettes. Ses filles, Mary et Angela, ont appelé Anthony à la rescousse pour sauver l'établissement et apporter à Marilyn tous les conseils dont elle a besoin.
