I just hated how Emma was treating Dylan, like everything was his fault, I felt so sad for him. Emma didn't even talk to/have a relationship with her own mother, but she is taking it out on Dylan for having a crazy brother and maybe? wanting to go to court to see him. Also, that Loomis woman telling Dylan 'He's your brother, you have always known about him'- If your hubby hadn't been cheating at the motel, Norman would not have murdered him.

I'm the sicko who wanted Norman and Madeleine to hook up. That would have been a scary relationship. I agree though. Emma was being super mean to Dylan when all he was trying to do was help.

Yeah, I didn't understand Emma, so cold and unfeeling. I didn't think she cared about her mother. I just hope Dylan comes out of the whole mess with his life. I'm not sure if he'd try to stop Romero from killing his brother...or if he'd let him. Hard to see which way the show is going to end.

I think Emma was reacting out of shock. She's normally extra-forgiving, to the point of being a doormat. I think when she visited Norman, she was starting to get back to her old self. Although she dismissed the idea of any sympathy for Norman to Dylan, she could tell right away he "wasn't himself" and did indeed seem sympathetic toward the "real" Norman.

I am really hoping for that too.

Maybe so, but for the first time ever I seriously did not like her.

Yes, she did pick up on that immediately, I was glad for that, and yes she did seem sympathetic, but afterwards she just goes back to the hotel-telling Dylan not a word about any of it and then just leaves the next morning.
