I'm one of those that didn't like the first one but really loved the second season (hated the ending). I thought Vince was amazing as well as Colin Farrell and Taylor Kitsch. Rachel McAdams was a bit forced and trying too hard to be badass. It didn't suit her.

Before I get bashed for not liking Season 1 😆 I do love shows that are subtle and quiet and don't need a lot of action, but I found season 1 really hard to get into. McConaughey and Harrelson are always great though.

I look forward to season 3.

No. People just went over the top because it was different to the first season and not quite as good. I enjoyed season 2. It reminded me of a James Ellroy novel.

Season 2 was not as bad as people make it out to be. It wasn't quite as good as season 1 but it was still entertaining. I don't get all the hate for season 2.

People were probably upset mainly, because they expected something similar in mood and themes to S01.
