Seems a bit slow

I am all for suspense and build up, but I fear they won't get a renewal if they don't get SOME kind of move on here. We need a BIT of exposition right about now.
Yeah Yeah, Odin wants to start a war and get his power back, I get that. But within the context of the series, I dunno, some kind of a layout of the plan or something? Hopefully soon.

2 Episodes left (of this 8 episode season) - I agree that something more definitive has to happen. I personally see potential and enjoy what we've been shown so far, but that's hinging on what really is this all about and what are we headed towards.

I agree completely. I love the art of the show, the direction, the actors even. Ian Mcshane being brilliant, as is Peter Stormare. Fingers crossed. If they dangle it too much, viewers will probably stay away eventually.

I finished the finale today. I thought the show started off great and then I got a bit bored with each new episode. Even though I got some entertainment value out of the show I'm not real excited for a season 2. This series hasn't hooked me like some others. I'd give season 1 a 7/10

Finished on something interesting at least. Still don't care about the story line of the wife though. I really don't. I do hope they make a follow up though. Show is high quality at least. I do wish they'll get more focused with it.
