I was pleasantly surprised by the show. The Hardys' return was great, and Undertaker's post match exit was one for the ages.

What seemed like a lackluster card ended up being an enjoyable 26-hour show. (I'm kidding about the time, obviously.)

Yeah, I thought it was pretty good. Not great but good. The Hardy's were a huge surprise but I was kind of bummed that Enzo & Cass didn't get the titles.

Aj vs Shane was pretty good, they tried to be technical instead of doing a stunt fest which was nice.

Goldberg vs Lesnar was pretty damn awesome, not the best match but I was on the edge of my seat. I swear at one point I was standing on my toes.

Triple H vs Seth Rollins was ok....

Cena/Nikki vs Miz/Maryse was...surprising in that nothing really seemed to happen except for the end. It was lame - but I'm kind of happy that the crowd didn't boo the marriage proposal.

Jericho/Owens was pretty good, I loved the corner bomb counter into the walls of Jericho.

Undertaker/Reigns....not great but...I think we all saw the final goodbye.

I liked most of the matches but that main event was pretty bad, they made Taker look like a chump. That's not the way a legend should go out, but it's probably the most realistic scenario.

I thought it was a passable ten dollar WrestleMania. I came within a whisker of attending in person and I’m glad I opted against it, and it wouldn’t have justified the $60 price tag of pre-Network WrestleMania’s, however you get what you pay for.

Goldberg/Lesnar was a testament that less is more. It seems the WWE product has become faster, more reckless, with wrestlers taking enormous risks for a pop, and yet Goldberg and Lesnar executed a handful of moves in just a few minutes and had me on the edge of my seat. That strikes me as great working.

Wyatt should’ve retained. I know Orton is HHH’s boy and will always be taken care of, however ending an eagerly anticipated maiden championship reign at the first hurdle seems illogical. Wyatt will rebound, of course, I just don’t see the need for Orton to have another run.

On the whole, WWE did a good job of building the active roster – Rollins over HHH, Owens over Jericho, Styles over Shane, Reigns over Taker – and hopefully that will go some way towards ending WWE’s reliance on part-timers. This WrestleMania may be looked backed fondly on as the end of one era and dawn of another.

I didn’t hate it as much as I thought I would, however I’m still disappointed that WWE had some truly compelling options on the table – Taker/Cena, Taker/Sting, Taker/Goldberg, Reigns/Goldberg, Cena winning his record equalling 16th world championship – and shunned them in favour of such a basic card.

It was also far, far too long. It was less “ultimate thrill ride” and more “red eye flight.”

It was okay. It was a masterpiece compared to that woeful effort from last year, but the trouble was the length. It was already starting to feel its length by Rollins-Triple H, and they still had 4 matches and a musical performance to go. Goldberg and Lesnar did pretty magically to get the crowd the way they did, but the other three matches all suffered (actually I'm not sure anything could have saved that Orton-Wyatt effort. It was the match this feud deserved. Wow) particularly the women who quite clearly got their time cut.

Not great though, in spite of some good matches there were some really flat finishes (Ambrose, Owens, Bayley) Neville and Aries got utterly screwed being in the position that they were in, and it was a disappointment compared to some of the matches Neville has had recently. Owens and Jericho got kind of shafted with the time and the position on the card that they had after the length and quality of most of this feud, and on account of it probably being the last significant appearance we get of Jericho.

Tag match and Lesnar/Goldberg were the two biggest successes of the night, but they were both short spotfests so what do you expect.

It was a pretty enjoyable show before the finish of Wyatt/Orton completely deflated my mood for the rest of the night. Seeing Lesnar go over, as expected as it was, didn't exactly help, nor did bearing witness to what will be yet another failed attempt at getting Reigns over as a top babyface.

I enjoyed it for the most part; none of the matches were awful but I wouldn't say any were completely amazing either. I do wish Bray retained, that Braun won the Battle Royal as opposed to Mojo Rawley, and that Miz and Maryse won the tag match after a great past year for the Miz but otherwise it was a solid event.
