He probably already knows about it. Bet management knew about her promiscuity this whole time. Wouldn't be surprised if the two of them are swingers (like I said back on IMDb; he's probably twice her age). I'm more concerned about Xavier Woods; hope this doesn't bump him off of Mania' 33.

From the looks of it, I don't think they are. The WWE already kind of acknowledged it with their latest New Day skit. I don't think Vince has anything against consenting adults, he seems to not care for open relationships as in the case of Morrison/Melina/Batista.
Were Paige and Maddox an item? Maddox never seemed to be treated all that great, mind you he was given a large role that he never seemed to fully fit into.

Just the Melina/Batista affair wasn't caught on camera and leaked on the internet (same would go for HBK and Sunny; which he also was aware of and didn't care for).

He didn't care for? Some people have said that McMahon straight up offered his office to Sunny and Shawn to use so that they could have some privacy.
