Pure speculation on my part, but if you look at some things it does make you wonder.

Oprah brings out her own nighttime soap after having Tyler create several shows for her and after that he goes to another network and create a nighttime soap for them. I also noticed that Oprah used to have an aftershow for the Haves and Have Nots and she doesn't anymore, but instead she's got a big aftershow show for Greenleaf [her nighttime soap]. And after weeks of saying that Too Close To Home would air after If Loving You Is Wrong, and having Oprah's Greenleaf airing there instead, they finally started airing Too Close To Home in that timeslot.

It just makes you wonder.
