Arte aired 1x04 "Resolve (January 1966-June 1967)" and 1x05 "This Is What We Do (July 1967-December 1967)" as one episode "Le doute (janvier 1966 - décembre 1967)".

dans la version dvd il y a donc 10 épisodes ?

il y a bien que 9 épisodes et non 10 sur la version vendu, il serait judicieux et correct de respecter cela, même si deux épisodes sont lié dans un seul

Dvd order is of no importance. We follow the original airing in the original country. If this is not what you mean. I am sorry. I do not speak french.
If that brings you errors in your mediacenter. Use nfo files for example to correct it or properly name your files (split files, combined. For example). Check your media centers FAQ/wiki for more info.

The issue is not really with the DVD. There are a few edited version of the original series (10 parts, 18 hours) including the BBC version (10x55) and the Arte version (9x52).
We unfortunately can't remove the 'extra' episode, but you can work around it.

i have understand. can you leave the french language for this version of Vietnam ? Because Plex take atomatically french version on TMDB and for the french version we has 09 episodes.

Plex takes whatever language you desire. Per your settings. And you can manually overrule that with the edit function (pencil) on Every item.
We’ll leave whatever is correct 😂
