Extra Details: - Staffel 1 ist ein Duplikat von Staffel 1 (2010 / 1).
- Die Staffelnummern sind anschließend nicht korrekt. Die Staffelnamen enthalten die korrekte Staffelnummer.
- Die Folgen 19 - 32 aus Staffel 9 (2014 / 1) gehören in eine neue Staffel 10 (2014 / 2)
English:
- "Staffel 1" is a duplicate of "Staffel 1 (2010 / 1)"
- Season numbers are incorrect. The german season titles contain the correct number
- Episode 19 - 32 in "Staffel 9 (2014 / 1)" need to be moved to a new 10th season with german title "Staffel 10 (2014 / 2)"

Do you have proof that ZDF aired the January 2010 season as the first season?
Do you have a source for the weird German names?

Sadly there is no official list to be found from ZDF. The best overview of all the episodes can be found on Wikipedia. I know that Wikipedia is not really a source. But I know from watching this show for a long time that every season starts either in january and ends with a best of going into a longer holiday/summer break or starts after the break sometime late summer and ends with a best of at the end of the year.
No. I guess it comes from the fact that the seasons of this show have no official names as far as I know. I'd say it should be either "Staffel XX" (german for Season XX) or the year it aired (e.g. first half of 2014) but not both. I just left it as is because it made figuring out errors easier when there are duplicate seasons.
TVDB has another aproach to the seasons: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/heute-show/allseasons/official. They just group them into years which indeed markes 2009 as the first season. But as stated in the Wikipedia article the 2009 episodes were more like a pilot season with fewer episodes than the following seasons. And having every season end with a best of makes more sense imo.
Overall it's really hard to find good sources that are not community based for this.
