A university hospital, mismanaged by imperious director Dr. Hiruma, is about to close, when it finds an investor. In the mountains, a penniless Dr. Daimon is looking for a free hot springs source, only to come across a Brazilian Japanese. The university hospital's investor is revealed as a ruthless cost cutter and the same Brazilian Japanese, Nicholas Tange. Dr. Daimon has been asked to be part of the medical team, corrects a misdiagnosis, and saves the head of the hospital cafeteria against Tange's wishes. How will these strong-willed people get along, and will Dr. Daimon ever get paid?
