So I think it should be stored as a separate TV movie. It is already entered as such at http://www.themoviedb.org/movie/616936-doctor-x-gekai-daimon-michiko-special
So the duplicate of it as an episode of the series should be removed or merged into the seperate movie.

In that case, the entry of it as a special should be kept and that as a separate TV movie should be merged into it.
