I could swear "Te Deseo Lo Mejor" was added as a moive, but not I can not find it. I assume it was deleted for some reason. Can it be added as a special?

All the links you've provided call it a music video, which is on the list of content that is not supported.

can it be added as a special under the TV show? I get you don't want a bunch of music videos but this is related to a very popular show.

No, it would mean someone could add any incorrect, but related, content for any show and that's not what we want.
