The Witches Are Out
Darrin's latest client wants to use a stereotypical ugly witch to promote his Halloween candy. Samantha is understandably upset, as are Bertha, Mary, and Aunt Clara, a trio of elderly witches who have dealt with prejudice for quite some time. When Darrin is fired for creating a campaign with a beautiful, curvaceous witch, the foursome teams up to give the client a taste of his own medicine.

When a depressed Aunt Clara volunteers to babysit for a friend of Samantha and Darrin's, her magical tricks with toys and games make her a success, and she quickly becomes the most popular caretaker in the neighbourhood. But after she tells her charges that she is a witch, a suspicious mother brings her before a judge for a competency hearing.

The Witches Council orders a coven. Tabitha is being tested for her powers by Hagatha and Enchantra, Endora's sisters who certifies true witches and warlocks. Tabitha passes with flying colors, proving to be an exceptionally talented witch. Hagatha, Enchantra and Endora insist that Samantha enroll Tabitha in a witches' school. After being booby trapped by phone cords and flat tires, Darrin comes home exactly when the decision is made. Darrin, Samantha and Aunt Clara stand against Hagatha, Enchantra and Endora, but Maurice chills the three witches--zapping them to the top of Mount Everest.

Sam and Darrin have dinner at a chinese restaurant and Sam orders a drink called ""The Heavenly Himalayan"" which causes her to lose her powers and to break out with stripes on her face! Dr. Bombay tells her about an antidote and Sam gets it from an Apothecary, only to break out with more stripes on her face. Dr. Bombay then tells her that she needs a feather from a Dodo bird, but then that doesn't work either. There is another important ingredient needed: a piece of Himalayan cinnamon stick from the Chinese restaurant. After Darrin gets in trouble for getting the cinnamon, he gets it for Samantha and she is cured again.
