Five Fingers is about young people overcoming their tragedy and fulfilling their dreams. There’s a boy, Ji Ho, who’s eager to be part of one family. Step-mother who saved a son from the fire, while leaving her birth son inside. This boy wants to become a son of a mother, who’s not his birth mother. He wants to become a brother to a younger brother, who’s not his true brother. Ji Ho’s life may look miserable. But he has an outstanding talent as a pianist. However, he has a rival to overcome. In Ha, who also has a professional skill. Although, he doesn’t get much attention. Stay tuned to see the battle between these two different pianists.

Ji Ho est un orphelin pauvre qui vit avec sa grand-mère. In Ha quant à lui est un jeune pianiste talentueux, issu d'une famille riche.

Du jour au lendemain, la vie de ces deux garçons change : ils découvrent qu'ils ont le même père, Yu Man Se, et se retrouvent obligés de cohabiter ensemble.

Le père est heureux d'accueillir son nouveau fils car celui-ci a toutes les qualités pour être à la tête de l'entreprise familiale.

Yeong Rang, la mère aimante de In Ha, semble étonnamment bien apprécier Ji Ho, au grand malheur de son fils.

Ji Ho essaye de s'adapter à sa nouvelle vie, ce qui n'est pas chose facile car In Ha est loin de l'accepter en tant que frère.

La situation se complique davantage lorsque tous deux tombent amoureux d'une fille, Hong Da Mi, qui rêve de devenir pianiste.

La rivalité entre les deux frères ne fait que commencer...

Dos medios hermanos comienzan a convivir a los diez y doce años respectivamente; desde entonces comienza entre ellos una gran rivalidad y competencia por el amor paternal, el talento musical, el amor de una misma chica y finalmente, por quién heredará su empresa familiar, dedicada tradicionalmente a la fabricación de pianos.
