"Lightning seldom strikes twice." If an adventurous cable TV system wanted to riff on "NoEx," they'd do it with a Veterinarian. Doesn't "Animal Planet" do this "All Things Great And Small" in various places already? Still, the idea that "Cicely, Alaska" exists somewhere "North of the Lower 48" sounds interesting.
