It's a weird mix of episodes vs parts of episodes.
So the first few of season 1 are total episodes like listed here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Freakazoid!_episodes
But the last in season 1 are just parts of episodes. (This is unfortunatly the way tvdb is listing them)

I'm not sure what's the right listing but you can edit the season yourself if you want, otherwise maybe another moderator knows how to handle it
