Could someone please delete episode 23?

There is no standalone "Satisfaction Guaranteed" episode. Confusing situation - but it seems this segment was swapped in to replace the "Witches Feast" segment in Episode 2 when the series was rebroadcast over the following years. So it's more like an alternative part of episode 2, and definitely not a real episode.

FYI, the DVD release includes episode 2 as it was "rerun" with "Satisfaction Guaranteed" edited in, and not the first run version with "Witches Feast". The "witches feast" episode is provided on the DVD as bonus "lost season 2 material". It seems that the original broadcast edit is effectively lost, so nobody today can view them in that order.

Not sure how to handle this in TMDB, but it's actually explained in the available historical material. It's just a bit confusing until one wraps their head around it.
