With that out of the way, I have to say that the Betty Boop challenge was a fail. I didn't like any of the looks. I think the bottom 2 should have both been sent home.

Well, I think Merline should have won the avante garde challenge. I can't remember the winning look.

Just watched last week episode, darn Olympics got me behind. Winner, tough call between top two. I liked the proportions of Stanley's, it grew on me the longer I looked at it, so I agree with the judges. Merline was close behind.

I hated the breastplate on Anthony's. Lucky for him the pants were good enough to keep him out of the bottom.

I think the right person was sent home, but Josh: dude, WHAT UP? Defensive bitch mode rears its ugly head. I loved the comment about the model looking like a space porn queen. But then the best line ever, "at the end of the scene." The gobs of glue dripping, wow, I will not get over that visual any time soon.

I would have given the win to Helen, but Stanley had a great look too. As for Anthony, the slit in the front of that dress was way too high and way too open. You'd have to wear full coverage briefs under it. I get that Ken's wasn't the best in the back but I still liked it. And then to Merline:

If they hadn't sent her home I would have stopped watching. It looked like it was made for the balls challenge. The one she actually made for that challenge was better than this one.

Neither one would have had my vote. I agree with Carmen that Stanley's look didn't need that hip structure. Helen's look was too drab and nothing exciting.

LOL. He should have dressed his model in a diaper like Josh did, and he might have come away with a win.
