This character went through many changes through the series. Her big right eye moved up and down her face, she lost her hair somehow when she went on the run, she got shorter, and she got her voice back while on the run. I didn't like Shelley as well after she began speaking, especially in the third season. She had a tendency to mumble in a whiny voice. I thought the Shelley was a very likable character in the first season.
