Why is this show so disturbing? I mean I get its supposed to be like Twilight Zone but TZ was not always disturbing there was actually some happy episodes as well.
I've only seen like 2 seasons of BM so far but every single one is disturbing as hell like as if a mentally disturbed person wrote it and meant to disturb the viewers?

I agree that each episode kinda has this ominous feeling that something bad is going to happen to the protagonist, however it isn't always the case as there are episodes with positive stories as well. I suggest you watch Season 3 which imo is the best of all BM seasons.

Yes I saw the episode San Junipero which turned out to be a really excellent one, probably the best one by far and my personal favorite. But I noticed this show really does try to go for the disturbing factor but then again a lot of the newer HBO shows are going for shock value as well. I guess this will be the new norm for shows that don't have to keep it PG 13?

The show is made to highlight the problems that can arise from technology over-use and over-dependence. It is made to be uncomfortable and eye opening. It is made so that you think about how our reality compares with the show's "fiction". Is it really fiction? Is the truth any stranger? What dangers are we rocketing towards as we keep on the way we are. Hold your phone up and look at yourself in the reflection while the screen is turned off. What do you see staring back from that Black Mirror right in front of you?
