I enjoyed the finale. It was drama free and straight to the point. I would have been happy with either one winning, but it was obvious by the guest judges' critiques, who was going to win.

I was rooting for Shirley, but saw the writing on the wall as Brook heading to the win. To your point, it was refreshing to have a finale where the food was the star and not and drama. Hopefully it;s not a long time until the next season.

Yeah, I never know when the next season is scheduled or if there will even be another one. I hope so. It never gets old. I will say I wish they would replace Padma if the show does return.

Right! Plus the fact that she likes to wear lingerie as dresses (tacky). She just does not even seem like a nice person. If she is, it doesn't translate well on screen. Crigeworthy 100

I second your post!!!!! Did you see the Lay's quickfire thing they had before the show? She was shaking her non-existent pancake ass....girl, GTF over yourself and believe she's in anyway appealing! She needs to start acting and presenting herself like an almost 50-yr old mom, that she is!

It was hilarious at her surprise when all the chefs thought she was crankier than Tom....how was that unexpected, Padma? GTFOH

***sorry bgirlmagic, my original post got deleted. This site needs to get some acclimating to for me , but here it is ^

Also, what's dumb about Padma and all of her contradictions is that the one season she went onto WWHL and said that she honestly doesn't have a crush on anyone in that season's cast, well, I knew people actually laughing because she was talking so obscenely about Aaron behind-the-scene. She lies like crazy. If you doubt it, watch the episode where they were dining inside the baseball field, the epi is called "Curse of the Bambino" When Aaron came out to present his plate, she was pretty smitten on her face.. She is just so gross!!
