This discussion is not directly about the show, but about the way this cable company airs it on demand. It is really bizzare. They include commercials in the on demand playback, nothing unusual there. But they give no thought to when they put in the commercial breaks. Frequently they cut into the show as Scully or Mulder is in the middle of a sentence. When the show comes back on it doesn't pick up where it left off; it skips part of the show. They even cut commercials in half and cut away to different commercials. Are they on acid over there?
Spectrum made quite an impression when they took over Time Warner in this area. They immediately nearly doubled the subscription prices and cut way down on content. You now pay more for 15 basic channels than you used to pay Time Warner for over ten times as many. I switched to DirectTV at my house, but my sister doesn't have that option where she lives and has Spectrum. What a colossal mess it is. Anybody else have this problem with Spectrum?
