Abby Lee could go to prison for fraud

I haven't seen this show but I've heard she could go to prison for tax evasion. Supposedly a bankruptcy judge saw she had another show coming on and just assumed she was taking in money and not reporting it. That wasn't true, though, but she did in fact not report some of her earnings and got caught.
I'm always surprised this doesn't happen more often with reality shows, because on TLC's 'My 600 Lb Life' there are many who appear to be getting disability benefits yet they are also getting paid by TLC to appear on the show. Whether or not they report all of this money I'm not sure.

Yeah, sorry, this is well known. It's been covered to a point on the show, lol. All the moms were speculating whether or not she'd go to jail (and some hoped she is). It also didn't help that Abby, who is pretty crazy to begin with, went off the deep end while all this was going on.
Anyway, if anyone finds out if she does or doesn't go to jail, I'd be grateful if someone would post it here.
