Extra Details: Season 5 is missing along with some specials that belong in a Specials season.
How can these be added?
Can a mod create the seasons and then I can add the episode info? Does a mod have to ad the seasons and episodes?

You can add it yourself as long as it wasn't manually disabled by a mod. See the I want to add a missing season to a TV entry, but there is no "Add New Season" button! section in the FAQ.
Please make sure the data is good though.
