This week's Cookery School students are Ashley Snell, Wincy Lee, Brandy Brewer, Jenny Bagshaw, Karl Debenham and Matthew Vernon.
The dishes they must master include wild salmon wrapped in lardo with fennel puree; pan-fried beef with a tarragon and chervil sauce; and lemon posset with butter shortbread.
