Jones...what are her powers?

All I can see is she is super stong, but not very. She can lift the back of a car but can she pick it up and throw it? She can jump 30 feet, can she jump 300 ft? Even though she is strong her body seems totally normal, as in a regular person can easily punch her in the jaw and knock her out. Which makes no sence be cause if she puched through a door she would break her hand unless her body was toughen up to go with her strength. COMMENTS:

Strength, toughness, won't protect you from being knocked out if you're not ready for a punch. A tough hide, bones, etc won't protect your brain when it sloshes around the skull, the way football helmets doesn't do much to protect against concussion and how Luke Cage can still be knocked out. There was a Because Science segment on it.
Jessica Jones' powers differs from the comics, where she can fly. So I'm not sure what her strength level is, I'm guessing its more than Captain America's but less than Spider-Man's.

Cap can lift a ton. Spider-Man can dead lift a car. Jessica has shown she could just stop a car from moving by lifting its wheels off the ground, so she's somewhere in the middle ground between them.

MCU Cap? MCU Cap is a little over powered. (helicopter scene in CW). MCU Cap is stronger than Netflix Jones. I don't think it's even close.

The chpper scene is overstated. Arnold can do that, Cap does not have super powers.

He's also able to at least delay a punch from Thanos (per the trailers), which is incredibly impressive. I'm curious to see how that confrontation ends.

Cap can dead lift 1000 lbs, which is not superhuman (it's actually possible for a human to do that as the world record for a dead lift is 1,181.7 lb). With that kind of strength I'm pretty sure he could brace more (still not superhuman). As for making people fly when he hits them, Bruce Lee could do a similar feat with his 1 inch punch, imagine that full force with 1000 lbs behind it.
Jessica Jones however can shove a garbage bin like it was a cardboard box, and stop a car moving at 35 mph (so far seen).
