This special episode was initially included as a bonus in the fourth DVD volume. It showcases, in a diary format, a commentary on Shinji Matou by his servant, Rider. The episode follows Shinji's actions during their active days in the Holy Grail War.

由于纪念『剧场版 Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works』上映，制作《Fate/stay night TV Reproduction》特别编集版，并于2010年1月17日于BS-TBS播出。 DVD于2010年1月22日发行，一共两集。 Fate/stay night TV Reproduction 是将原本的TV动画版进行再编集，并且把片头动画进行重新制作。
