Hi, I'm not clear on what the issue is (what's a tracing of official artwork?), or what you expect us to do.

The current English poster (https://www.themoviedb.org/t/p/original/4I1xjEKZxeeBT8RXg0BA6k6PM8e.jpg) was made using a fanart. A fan did a redraw of an officially licensed artwork from 2012 (https://www.themoviedb.org/t/p/original/fcXdJlbSdUEeMSJFsXKsznGwwok.jpg); if compared, it’s clearly the one with the white background is not an offical artwork of the anime.
And although the latter artwork is perfectly fine to be used to represent the show as a whole, the show is still on air and this poster doesn’t reflect the current season, like the artwork bible states it should.
