Extra Details: The Re-Run should be episode 1 according to Wikipedia, as it's the sequel to the season 4 finale "The Disaster", and The Stories should be episode 2. I would have edited it on my own but it's locked.

Even if its not an official source, according to the source you are using, on Wikipedia,

the episode "The Stories" is listed with a broadcast date of September 1, 2016
the episode "The Re-Run" is listed with a broadcast date of September 5, 2016

Consequently, the episodes are listed in the correct order. The important point is the original broadcast date, not an arbitrary episode number set by the production.
