However, this peace won't last long as a new, powerful, and evil enemy is approaching Earth: Sailor Galaxia, who has been gathering star seeds throughout the galaxy and scheming to rule the universe with limitless power.

Sensing that Sailor Moon is in danger, the four Guardians of the Outer Planets – Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, Sailor Pluto, and Sailor Saturn- also make their entry, and the ten Sailor Guardians are together again! On top of this, a group of mysterious Sailor Guardians known as the Sailor Star Lights also appear.
