Hi. I see that although S26E3 has the title "Terror In Space", its IMDb ID (tt1398277) is indeed that of the "Surviving AIDS" episode.
On the other hand, SS26E14's description matches the "Surviving AIDS" episode, but not only is the title "Escape! Because Accidents Happen: Fire (1)", but its IMDb ID (tt0816361) is for the episode "The Killer's Trail: The Story of Dr. Sam Sheppard".
What a mess! Seems like a lot of fixing is required.

It appears the episode names are locked for editing. What are the logical next steps here?

The main episode list is ordered by airdate (and how they were originally broadcast by PBS), not production code.
