Whenever I hear people talk about this OVA/movie, I always here about how I just don't understand it and that the main character, Kintaro Oe, is an inspirational character and see themselves in him.

So what these people are saying is that they look up to a pervert who nearly destroys a companies files just to prove himself to be better than the women he works with, takes advantadge of a girl who has been abused by her boyfriend just so he can get in her pants, stalks a swim teacher to the point she has to file restraining orders against him, forces a biker to fall in love with him and makes... read the rest.
