Christine Brown and David Woolley are getting married in a lavish ceremony set against the red cliffs of the Utah desert; Christine will finally get the wedding she never had when she became Kody Brown's third wife decades ago.
I've been watching too many weddings lately. I watched The Golden Bachelor wedding and now this one. Just a depressing reminder that I'm alone and something I'll never have. Oh well, it is what it is. Some of us are just meant to be alone.

Interesting comment from Christine "All 13 of my kids are protective of me". But there's 18 kids. Did she purposely not say 18 and leave out Robyn's 5?? Why, yes, she did. It's clear she will never have anything to do with Robyn again.

I loved that, but only one of her 13 (Gwen) was not there. Even Leon and Audrey were there. It was interesting to see who they only showed in the background and didn't have hidden microphones: Logan & Michele, Leon & Audrey, Hunter's girlfriend, Mitch, Garrison, and Tony. Even Savanah and Gabe had in between shots thrown in.
I loved watching this episode because I know the venue so well. It is 8 miles up the Colorado River from Moab. Red Cliff's Lodge is built on the old George White Ranch, which was home to many westerns filmed in Moab. The most recent was Geronimo. The basement (where Christine was sitting leaning against a wall), is home to a museum celebrating Moab's movie history. The lodge has the most amazing food (we go there every other month for their Sunday brunch) and it is such a great venue for a wedding. I've been to several that were there.
The area where her wedding took place is an grass amphitheater that is next to the river. They use this same amphitheater for many of the performances for the Moab Music Festival. Moab Music Festival.
I don't trust TLC; they have a reputation of taking programs beyond their usefulness. But this episode felt like a very natural and beautiful ending to the series.

I haven't watched Part 2, but I wonder why she didn't give an explanation why her daughter wasn't there.

I noticed that Truely was asked how she felt when David moved in, and that left me wondering when did Christine moved in this man. I know that they were only dating for 11 months before they got married...

Well, I am going to figure it was due to Paedon being there.

I saw the wedding. I wished that they had shown Leon.

It was a quick glimpse but I did see Leon walk through a scene.

I haven't watched this episode. Do Kody and Robyn still look bitter and unhappy?

I think they were for a short bit. They were still outside cutting the tree. You have to wonder why they don't show the interior of Robyn's home.
Update: Yes, they were. Robyn was talking about being a polygamist and how that may not happen or something along those lines.
