I copied the summary, unfortunately Arizona property records aren't as kind as Nevada's. I think it is interesting that they have purchased a total of 14.48 acres. That is a lot of land. I live on 2.5 acres and it is a time consuming taking care of that amount of land.

The area is on the mountain where the ski resort is and is about 10 miles outside of Flagstaff. I find the ownership of the properties fascinating. Janelle and Meri sharing a lot? Well that should be interesting; however, maybe they invested the proceeds of the Lehi home into that lot. It is the 4.48 acre lot.

I will be meeting my friends from Australia in Flagstaff in October. I will definitely have to check out this area. I wonder if they will be there by then or if Kody will just be running around a 14.5 acre plot screaming "I will have a wife here, another here, another here.........and Meri will be buried here."

Robyn and Janelle seem to be the biggest winners in this split; however, Christine has no visible means of support and Meri is the sole person on the note for the B&B, they may have had to divide up the land that way to show the ability to repay a loan. Kody is the real winner in this purchase (or is that wiener?), he is listed on all the properties. He must have finally figured out that Janelle and Christine had him by the balls.

I assumed the ownership of the properties had something to do with the ability to pay. It kind of shines a light on who is making money. Also, they probably show Kody has a greater proportion of their assets on paper for him to have ownership of all 4 properties. It looks like Robin signed over her part to 2 of them. Is Arizonia a community property state? MSWC has been in business for a while now - they are probably making money there. But even if they were making $180K for each adult per episode, they still must have a load of debt. I would say it's great for their taxes, but not with the new tax laws. It also kind of puts a pin into SW being canceled.

I actually just posted on the Previously TV website for the first time. Let them play with being out scooped.

Don't go on there - it will drive you crazy. The first time you say ANYTHING positive about the Browns, they will jump down your throat. I just went on that one thread about Janelle & they ran me off, but I still get the daily feeding in my email. So I don't know what's going on in the other threads.

You didn't happen to see any hidden structures on that land because Janelle just tweeted that today is moving day & did you see that their show won't be back until next year? As usual, we all what to know what is REALLY going on?

If you look at the Instagram & Twitter feeds of any of the Brown kids, it doesn't look like they're moving.

It appears Janelle & Christine are in Flagstaff, but no photos of Robin or her kids. I assume they're in rentals. It will be interesting to see them build 4 homes again.

Ok I'm too lazy to create a log on for the assessor sight. So, they bought lots? That means they are building new houses again??

They bought 4 really big lots & apparently they're living in rentals again until they build. They've recently put some of the Las Vegas homes on sale.

Who the hell knows? Plus think of all the money they must be spending. I think the 4 lots were about $700K, they still have the LV houses & they're also paying for rentals. I hope no one ever calls them poor again. Plus they are going back & forth from LV to Flagstaff & I don't really know if Meri has a place in Flagstaff. It's pretty murky.

I guess I'm just a big dummy because I can't fathom why they want to leave Vegas. Only thing I can think of is maybe they are going to do smaller houses since most of the kids are now gone??? Just a thought. I don't know though, they seem to be big on doing family gatherings so I'm not sure smaller houses would benefit them. Why would Meri want to move to Arizona when she has the B&B in Utah? Is this just a move to keep the show going???? I know, I know I over think things..........

The lots they bought are big - one is 5 acres. We probably will never know the real reason, just like we'll never know their true finances or why the show seems to have changed to being shown once a year. I don't think Meri has a lot to do with the B&B, just like Robyn has very little to do with MSWC. According to Meri's Instagram, she is on the road selling her clothes. I think I just saw she is in Chicago visiting Mariah & Audrey.

That is puzzling that they would want to move again after everything they went through to get things set up to their liking in Vegas. Maybe they just don't want to be in a city anymore.
