I fixed this chaos just now and deleted episode 23. I hope all is correct now.

You are correct! The issue here was the pilot episode -> it was originally shown as a 2-hour Pilot Movie, but in syndication is shown as 2 separate episodes . That's why we have this pilot in the special season 0.
