组织特工一个接一个地被暗杀，令组织上下人心惶惶。Amanda意识到Percy在背后策划了一切，目的是为了破坏Amanda在组织中的威信，从而令Amanda彻底失去人心。Amanda无计可施，只好很不情愿地求助于Nikita。Amanda提出了一个Nikita无法拒绝的条件：只要Nikita能够阻止Percy继续大开杀戒，她就将Ryan交还给Nikita。

Division is in an uproar when their agents are being assassinated one by one. Amanda realizes Percy is behind the murders and is trying to undermine her authority with the other Division agents. She reluctantly calls Nikita with an offer that is hard to resist – stop Percy and she’ll give Nikita Ryan.

Une fois encore, plusieurs agents sont assassinés, l'un après l'autre. La Division tente d'identifier les auteurs de ces meurtres. Amanda découvre que Percy est impliqué. Elle constate aussi qu'il a sapé son autorité auprès de son équipe et comprend qu'il est prêt à tout pour empêcher l'alliance qui se trame entre Gorgol et la division. Acculée, elle fait une offre à Nikita : si celle-ci réussit à neutraliser Percy, la patronne de la Division se dit prête à lui livrer Ryan Fletcher. Pour Nikita, c'est une offre difficile à refuser. Par ailleurs, Sean devient le garde du corps d'Alex pendant son séjour en Russie...
