Unaired Test Pilot
The Green Hornet was created by Fran Striker and George W. Trendle for a radio program in the 1930's, the plot centres around Britt Reid that is an vigilante known as the green hornet. In 1966, William Dozier succesfully brought the green hornet character to the small screen (after two failed attempts, one in 1952 and appearantly one in 1958). This is the test pilot for the green hornet, it stars Jay Murray in the role made famous by Van Williams.

Bruce Lee Screen Test
International actors such as Bruce Lee are given screen tests to demonstrate that they were sufficiently articulate in the relevant language. In Lee's case, for the role of Kato in The Green Hornet, he was asked to converse about Chinese culture in English to judge his grasp of the language, then to demonstrate some martial art moves to show off his physical skills.

Batman Crossover #01: El Avispón se Entromete
El Avispón Verde y Kato están en Ciudad Gótica para desbaratar una organización de falsificadores de estampillas. Todo el mundo cree que son archicriminales, y su visita de medianoche al coronel Goma en la fábrica de estampillas “Pantera Rosa” parece confirmarlo. Incluso Batman y Robin creen que ambos son delincuentes.

El coronel Goma se muda de la fábrica de estampillas, llevándose a su dueña Pantera Rosa como rehén.
