A) In each season, there are episodes that contain backdrops with a channel logo that need to be removed. Here's a list of the episodes that contain those backgrounds (I'll add the username that uploaded the backdrop for reference only):

B) There is a group called "Correct Order" which contains all episodes from all seasons and I'm not sure what its actual purpose is so I think it can be removed.

C) Episode 7x5 should be called "The Dome Experiment Special" according to the name on screen.

D) Finally, there are many episodes that have wrong backdrops (images that belong to other episodes), so I'll try to update this report will the list of those episodes.
